Food: Miso Soup
The most popular soups of Japan are suimono (clear soup) and misoshiru (bean curd soup). William Winston will lead this cooking club session and show all of us how to make misoshiru and at the same time, illustrate how the Japanese like to reflect the seasons when they prepare food – by showing us how to make four types of misoshiru –one for each season. A separate email will be sent out later announcing this session.
